General FAQ's
COCO works with small businesses, studios, and entrepreneurs who care about good design — from salons and wine agencies to real estate, lifestyle, and wellness brands. If you value detail, story, and intention, we’ll get along well.
Yes — most of our projects are remote. We collaborate seamlessly across time zones through calls, shared folders, and online tools, so distance never gets in the way of good design.
Ideally 4–8 weeks before your launch or ideal start date. This gives space for research, creative exploration, feedback, and refinement — without ever feeling rushed.
A 50% deposit secures your project in our calendar, with the remainder due before final delivery and handover. Everything is outlined clearly in your proposal so there are no surprises, just flow. If this payment structure doesn't work for you, we're happy to chat.
Life happens. If you need to pause, we’ll simply adjust your timeline and pick things up when you’re ready. Cancellations or significant delays may include a small fee to hold your spot, but we’ll always handle it with transparency.
Brand Identity FAQ's
Every brand identity begins with discovery, story, audience, positioning, and evolves into a visual system: primary/secondary and sub-mark logos, colour palette, typography, patterns, and brand guidelines. Each detail is designed to make your brand feel cohesive, timeless, and recognizably you.
Before we begin, you’ll complete a brand questionnaire and share any visuals, notes, or inspiration that tell your story. This helps us design from a place of clarity, not guesswork.
Two to three rounds, depending on your package. Our process is collaborative, not endless — we refine with intention until everything feels right.
You do. Once your final payment is complete, all approved files — logos, colour specs, and brand assets, are fully yours. We simply keep a backup for our records, portfolio and social media.
We design everything print-ready and can recommend trusted vendors. We don’t print in-house, but we’ll make sure your designs translate beautifully from digital to tangible.
Website Design FAQ's
Copywriting can be included depending on your package. Some clients come with finished text, while others prefer us to craft it together — aligning visuals and voice for a cohesive experience. We’ll outline what’s included during your discovery phase.
We design and develop mainly on Wix Studio and are proud to be official Wix Creator Partners. Wix Studio allows us full creative control, clean UX, and a seamless client handoff, all with exceptional performance. That said, if your project requires a different platform, we’re always open to a conversation to see if it’s the right fit.
Yes. After launch, you’ll receive a short post-launch window for tweaks and training. For continued updates or maintenance, our Website Management Plan offers monthly content support and priority assistance — so your site always stays current.

Every COCO site includes foundational SEO — titles, descriptions, alt text, responsive design, and optimized structure. For deeper strategy or content-based SEO, we can add this as an à la carte service

Absolutely. Many clients add extras mid-project — we’ll simply adjust your scope and keep things flowing smoothly. Many clients also add extras on long after the project is complete, we're always open to à la carte requests.
À la carte is ideal for adding depth or consistency to your existing brand — from a new set of templates to a seasonal refresh. It’s a way to keep your visuals evolving without a full rebrand, handled with the same COCO precision and creativity.
